What we collect

When you send an estimate request we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the property address or the area you are in, the service you need, the property type, your message, how you prefer to be contacted, and what times suit you.

The form also records which page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an online advertisement, the tracking parameters carried in that link. That is how we know which advertisement led to your request.

This site never asks for card details, bank details or a Social Security number, and we will never ask you for them by text message or email.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your roofing request by phone call and by text message at that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.

No mobile information is sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive text messages, and the opt-in data behind it, is never shared with anyone.

What we do with it

We use what you send to prepare your estimate, arrange a visit and reply to you. That is all. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to other roofing companies.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from anyone else's servers - no advertising pixels, no social media widgets, no externally hosted fonts. It stores a single item in your browser's session storage so that, if you arrived from an advertisement, that information can travel with your request. Your browser discards it when you close the tab.

How we protect it

Estimate requests reach us over an encrypted connection, and the site is served over HTTPS throughout. Requests are held in our customer management system behind password-protected accounts limited to the people who need them. No system is perfect and we will not pretend otherwise, but we hold no card details and no bank details anywhere, so there is nothing of that kind to lose.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for as long as we are working with you, and afterwards for as long as our business records require. If you want yours deleted, ask us and we will delete it.
