How do I know whether the roof needs replacing or just repairing?
That is what the visit is for. Isolated damage on a roof with life left in it is usually a repair. Widespread damage, or a roof at the end of its service life, is usually a replacement. We will show you what we found and give you a straight recommendation.

Both. We install shingle, metal, tile and flat systems, so you can replace with whatever suits the property and the budget rather than whatever we happen to stock.
Is the work covered by a warranty?
Yes — a 5-year workmanship warranty covers the installation.

Yes. Single-family homes, multi-family properties and apartments are all regular work for us.
