Who we are
JP Roofing LLC is a South Carolina limited liability company, working on homes, apartments, multi-family properties and new construction across the South Carolina Lowcountry and coastal Georgia.
What this website is
Everything here is general information about the work we do. It is not an offer, a quotation or a contract, and nothing on it creates an obligation on either of us. Scope, price and timing are set in your written estimate.
Estimates
Estimates are free, written and carry no obligation. An estimate means what it says and nothing more, and it becomes work only when you accept it.
The work
A licensed, insured crew carries out the work, backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty covering what we install. Materials carry whatever cover the maker of those materials provides, which is separate from ours.
Calls and text messages
By giving us your phone number you agree that we may call and text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. The detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Message delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Whether a text arrives depends on your mobile carrier and your handset, and neither we nor the carriers can guarantee that any particular message gets through.
Age
You must be 18 or older to consent to receive text messages from us, and to arrange work on a property.
Photographs
Photographs on this site are of work carried out by JP Roofing and show what was done on those properties. They are not a prediction of what your roof will need or what it will cost.
Limits
We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it is free of errors or always reachable. Nothing on this site guarantees a particular outcome on your property.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of South Carolina.

If these terms change, the date above changes with them.
