Roof Repair

Leaks, storm and wind damage, missing shingles and failed flashing repaired before a small problem gets expensive.

Almost every expensive roof problem started as a cheap one. A single failed flashing detail or a handful of missing shingles lets water into the structure, and what it costs to put right grows every season it is left. Getting someone up there early is the difference between a repair and a replacement.

Storm & Wind Damage

Wind and storm damage assessed and repaired — including the damage you cannot see from the ground.

Wind can crease shingles or back fasteners out without anything looking wrong from the ground, and the leak turns up weeks later when the next rain finds the opening. Getting eyes on the roof after a real blow is how you catch that while it is still a repair.

Flat Roofing

Low-slope and flat roof sections on homes, apartments and multi-family buildings.

Plenty of houses and apartment buildings have a flat or low-slope section somewhere — a porch, an addition, a walkway. Those are usually where the leak is, and they need a different approach from the rest of the roof.

A skylight is a hole in the roof that only works because of how it was flashed. If yours is leaking, that is where we start.
